This is a space for curiosity, not pressure. You’re welcome to ask questions, feel the instruments in your hands, and notice how different sounds respond in your body. I looked around at my failing life and realized I couldn’t keep living this way… something had to change. That decision set me on a path that led me to work with indigenous Shaman in Peru, where I began to truly release the trauma I had been carrying for years.
