Sound Frequency
in the Architecture of Reality

Ecosystem Change for Leaders, Healers & Clinicians Dragonfly Ranch • Boulder, Colorado Before we begin, we pause—not to think, but to arrive. To feel the body, the breath, the subtle hum of life moving through us. This work does not begin with effort. It begins with presence. What we explore here is not information alone—it is resonance. Modern healing is busy. More tools, more protocols, more effort—yet many people feel fatigued, overwhelmed, and unsure that change will hold. This is not because wisdom is lacking, but because biology and consciousness do not evolve through force. They evolve through alignment. Regenerative Resets exist to restore the conditions where alignment becomes natural. This is not a protocol. It is an ecosystem shift. Healing does not fail; environments fail to support it. When systems are rushed, overstimulated, or fragmented, the nervous system contracts into survival. What we call trauma or resistance is often intelligence responding to distortion. The nervous system always chooses safety. Consciousness always seeks coherence. Dragonfly Ranch rests in a landscape shaped by deep geological memory. The nervous system responds to place before it responds to words. Here, the body senses continuity instead of urgency—presence instead of performance. These are the conditions where biology remembers itself. Across cultures, one truth echoes: in the beginning, there was vibration. Sound and frequency do not merely heal—they organize matter and shape consciousness. Frequency is architecture. The technologies used here are not the power; they are attunement instruments. Sound restores rhythm. Microcirculation restores flow. Neurofeedback restores communication. Together, they remove interference so life force can move freely again. When regulation returns, perception shifts. People respond instead of react. Choice replaces defense. Survival softens into creativity. This is healing without violence. When the ecosystem changes, healing becomes inevitable.

Vocal Alchemy
Molly Adkins: The Sound Maven
Saturday, 11:45am, Insight Tent
Vocal Alchemy is an experiential sound healing session that invites you to reconnect with your body, your breath, and your natural voice as a tool for healing. In this session, we use vocal toning—simple, intentional sounds—to gently release stuck energy and support balance within the chakra system. No singing experience is needed. This is about vibration, not performance. Sound moves through the body faster than thought. When we work with tone and frequency, we communicate directly with the nervous system, organs, and subtle energy body. Vocal toning can help regulate the nervous system, soften emotional tension, clear energetic stagnation, and restore a sense of grounded clarity. You’ll be guided to notice how different sounds feel in your body and allow shifts to happen naturally—without forcing or fixing. This session is led by Molly Adkins, The Sound Maven, who deeply understands how sound impacts both the physical and subtle body. She uses vibration intentionally to support healing, learning, and transformation, both as a sound healing practitioner and instructor. Molly has traveled the world studying music across cultures, including living in Japan for 11 years while researching traditional Japanese folk songs and instruments for her master’s thesis. Today, she weaves this global musical background into group sound healing experiences using unique instrumental and vocal techniques. Her workshops blend award-winning teaching ability with deep musical training and trusted certifications, making sound healing accessible, grounded, and powerfully effective. Come as you are. Your voice already knows the way.

Mushrooms and the
Vibration of Being Human
Alex Embry
Saturday, 12:45pm, Insight Tent
Everything we experience moves through vibration. Sound, emotion, memory, identity, love. In this session, Alex Embry shares a deeply personal story of how mushrooms became a doorway into understanding reality not as something solid, but as something felt. Beginning with their first experience with mushrooms and the awakening that led to A Human Being with Love, Alex explores how these medicines do not add anything new, but instead quiet the noise that keeps us from hearing ourselves. Through lived experience, cultivation, and relationship, mushrooms revealed themselves not as substances, but as teachers that communicate through vibration. Alex will speak about how mushrooms gently take parts of the ego or survival self offline, allowing access to intuition, compassion, embodiment, and inner truth. Each journey is different because each person carries a unique vibrational reality. What opens is not universal imagery, but personal resonance. This talk weaves mushrooms into the broader language of sound, chant, and presence, honoring them as one of many ways humans learn to tune their internal instrument. Participants are invited to reflect on how vibration shapes perception, healing, and connection, and how changing our internal frequency naturally changes how we meet the world.

Holy Yogi Jesus was a Walrus and so are You!
Rev. Roger Wolsey
Sunday, 10:00am, Insight Tent
This workshop offers a deep and compassionate inquiry into the divisions we create—within ourselves and with one another. Together, we will explore the often unconscious splits between “spiritual” and “religious,” “soul” and “mind,” sacred and ordinary. Rather than reinforcing these separations, we will cultivate a generous curiosity about the many ways Spirit—Divinity, Life Force—moves through human experience.
Through guided reflection and dialogue, we will re-examine inherited ideas of “salvation,” reclaiming the word as a living experience of wholeness rather than exclusion. Participants will be invited into a more integrated understanding of self and world—where contemplation and cognition, devotion and discernment, mysticism and meaning-making belong together.
This is an invitation to reclaim union: not through bypassing difference, but through embracing the profound coherence already at work beneath it.

The Garden Of Frequency Plant Concert
The Green Council
Sunday,12:15pm, Tent of Illumination
Before words, there was vibration. Before separation, there was song. In this living Plant Music Ceremony, you are invited into sacred communion with the green world, a meeting place where plants become oracles, sound becomes medicine, and listening becomes prayer. Through subtle bio-electrical currents translated into music, living plants offer their voices in real time. Their melodies arise spontaneously, guided by the intelligence of the moment, forming a temporary Green Council that weaves a sonic tapestry unique to each gathering. This is not a concert in the ordinary sense. It is a remembering. As you recline and receive, the music moves like breath through leaves opening quiet doorways in the body, softening the nervous system, and gently dissolving the illusion of separation. The plants sing directly to your cells, carrying frequencies older than language, older than memory. Many experience waves of deep peace, inner visions, emotional release, or a sense of being lovingly witnessed by something vast and benevolent. Time often loosens its grip. The mind grows quiet. The heart begins to listen. Here, sound becomes light. Stillness becomes fertile ground. And the boundary between human and plant grows thin. You are invited to enter this sacred field, to rest inside the living harmonics of nature, and to remember yourself as part of Earth’s great breathing symphony. The garden is awake. The songs are already rising. All that is required is your presence. BIO Teresa Helgeson is a plant music researcher, ceremonial facilitator, and steward of living sound medicine. She is the founder of Plant Music Therapy™ and the Sonic Apothecary, where she explores how plant-generated sound interacts with the human nervous system, biofield, and emotional landscape. For over a decade, Teresa has collaborated with living plants as conscious partners conducting pilot studies, hosting immersive plant music concerts, and facilitating experiential research exploring frequency, water, and human coherence. Her work bridges intuitive wisdom with emerging science, including Bio-Well imaging, nervous system regulation, and field-based observation of how plant music influences human physiology and emotional states. Her plant music ceremonies and research were featured in the Gaia television series Divine Science, bringing global awareness to the intelligence of plants and their role in humanity’s healing evolution. Teresa does not approach this work as a performer, but as a listener and translator holding sacred space while the plants lead. Her gatherings are known for their reverence, gentleness, and depth, often described as portals of remembrance where participants reconnect with the living web of life. She believes healing happens not through force, but through resonance and that when we allow plants to sing, something ancient awakens within us all.

In 2000 Kalyani Karen DeMarco and Vamadeva Andrew Campagnola started a Sunday night Kirtan at Studio Be in Boulder. Soon there after Ken Bernstein joined the band. In February of 2023 Ken took over leadership of the group. Various members came and went. Gayan Gregory Long joined the group about 16 years ago. Marcy Baruch, Bill McCrossen, and Dexter Payne are also long standing members of the band. Guest leaders and artists sit in with us on a regular basis creating a movable feast of heartfelt devotional music.

Circle Singing
Roy Willey
Sunday, 3:00pm Insight Tent
Circle Singing is an experience of community, collaboration, and spontaneous creativity. Songleader Roy Willey combines practices developed by Bobby McFerrin, infused with elements of Brazil’s Música do Círculo, to create a supportive, judgment-free space to play with your voice and body. All voices are welcome! Songs are created in the moment using patterns, rhythms, harmonies, melodies, invented language and/or recognizable words. Parts layer together into completely original compositions, each song a unique creation, never sung before, never to be sung again. The music flows and evolves spontaneously, like a drum circle for voices. Roy Willey is the founder and Creative Director of Voice Circle Colorado, a singing community based on the premise that singing is everyone’s birthright. As a musician, teacher and song leader specializing in vocal improvisation, his goal is to guide singers past self-judgement and fear to help them connect with their inner music.
